Shanghai Composite and Shenzhen Component – December 26
On Tuesday, the Shanghai Composite and the Shenzhen Component saw a decline. This wiped out the gains from the previous session. The reason for this was a lack of things that could move the market. Investors were also looking at the effect of China’s new rules. These rules were meant to limit the money and time spent on video games. The regulators said they would make their guidelines better after looking at what the public thought.
- The Shanghai Composite went down by 0.5% to 2,900.
- The Shenzhen Component went down by 1.1% to 9,153.
- iSoftStone went down by 6%.
- Costar Group went down by 1.3%.
- Kunlun Tech went down by 3%.
- 360 Security went down by 1.7%.
- Zhongji Innolight went down by 3.4%.
At the same time, not a lot of trading was expected. This was because the markets in Hong Kong and other places were closed for the holidays. Technology stocks were the ones that went down the most.
