by In Denmark, November 2023 saw a steady unemployment rate of 2.5 percent, mirroring the figures from the last quarter. A slight uptick occurred in the total unemployed count, reaching 74.6 thousand – a minor increase of 300. Interestingly, the unemployment benefits recipients rose slightly to 65.1 thousand, an addition of 500 individuals.
In contrast, those receiving social assistance dropped marginally to 9.5 thousand. Meanwhile, the rate of unemployed youth, aged 16 to 24, remained constant at 1.2 percent, indicating stability in young job-seekers’ numbers.
